What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for our customers—creating a warm, professional, and welcoming experience
Assist with policy questions, billing inquiries, ID cards, and coverage updates
Build strong relationships with customers by providing thoughtful, attentive service
Set appointments
Help identify opportunities to better serve customer needs
Help identify opportunities to better serve customer needs
Support the team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organization
Provide quotes and guidance when appropriate
Manage incoming calls, emails, and office visits with efficiency and care

About the Role
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees must complete any applicable licensing and training requirements. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
